Processessurvived Septic is a referral service for septic and sewer problems. We help homeowners in Beverly, MA and the Beverly area find independent local providers. That is the whole job. We connect you, and the provider does the work.

Why We Exist

You should still ask your own questions. A good provider will welcome them.

What We Do Not Do

This part matters, so here it is plainly. Processessurvived Septic does not pump tanks, fix pipes, dig drainfields, or visit your home. We do not set prices. The provider sets the quote and does the job.

We also cannot promise what your insurance will do. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

How does a referral service keep the lights on? Providers in our network may pay for the homeowner connections they receive. Processessurvived Septic does not bill homeowners for the introduction. You pay the provider for the work you approve, and only that.

This arrangement does not change your right to compare. Ask for more than one quote if the job is large.
