How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Processessurvived Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Bring to Us?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Processessurvived Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Processessurvived Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You Send One?

Email contact@processessurvived.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Comes After You Write?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
